Reporting a case of a newly diagnosed oral Carcinoma Cunniculatum in a 76-year-old female, a nonsmoker. It presented itself as a gum lesion identified after dental work. No distant disease on PET scan. The patient underwent surgery by ENT.
She is currently recovering after surgery several months ago.
