When autosomal recessive, Bloom syndrome is characterized by small stature, microcephaly, abnormal skin pigmentation, facial anomalies, sun-sensitive facial erythema, infertility, immunodeficiency, and predisposition to a wide variety of cancers.

Reporting a case of a newly diagnosed oral Carcinoma Cunniculatum in a 76-year-old female, a nonsmoker. It presented itself as a gum lesion identified after dental work. No distant disease on PET scan. The patient underwent surgery by ENT. She is currently recovering after surgery several months ago.
